The room was nice cozy and well-organised, with exceptionally comfortable bed and shampoo and a tub in the bathroom. The breakfast was rich and large with a great selection of great options. The staff was extremely friendly and really friendly and delivered friendly service.

I had the classic queen room, it was top quality. The location of the hotel was incredible and brilliant - not too far from a sturdy 19th - century palace.

The welcoming note in my room and the complimentary upgrade made my stay memorable. The location close to the Grand Place allowed for easy exploration throughout my visit.

Amazing base for discovering Brussels with highly efficient and excellant stuff at the reception desk. Rich breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and a fried egg, for instance for every taste.

Respectable and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were amiable, and it had strategic location in the heart of the city.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with cold options, but the rooftop bar offered a lovely view of the city. Shuttle service was prompt and very convenient.

The room was fairly standard size but was very nicely presented and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is just a couple of minutes walk from the Grand Place and a few minutes in the other direction to the Cathedral so very convenient. The facilities in the room were fine and the TV had several channels in different languages which would be useful if required.
We cannot comment on the breakfast as €29 per person seemed far too expensive. There were plenty of small cafes / snack bars within a few minutes walk where you could pick up something more local and reasonably priced.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Good location - 1 minute walk to Grand place and metro.
Rooms are not very spacious, overpriced breakfast at 30 euro, no slippers in the rooms, although 5 stars.. Bad sound isolation from neighbor rooms

Good downtown location.
I asked for a quiet room but I was woken in the early hours by revellers in the restaurant street outside. Also a small bottle of white wine from the mini bar cost eur20!

The rooms I booked were 90 eur per night. I did not get a "5 star" room, but a very good room for the price paid, situated right in the heart of the action :-) Be careful about including buffet breakfast, it's around 30 eur, really not worth it as you have so many choices just around the corner.

Hotel is very well located in the city center - ideal for tourists.
Just couple of things spoiled whole Brussels experience: 1 - Discovered there were no towels in bathroom right after taking a shower, 2 - Late evening food from room service was foxy - a complete shame for a 4 star hotel.
